Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Thiqaty platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Thiqaty Escrow Services.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services. Our services are exclusively available to individuals and entities capable of forming legally binding contracts under Algerian law.
Escrow Service Description
The Digital Bastion Protocol:
- Thiqaty acts as a neutral third-party holding funds in a secure, non-interest-bearing account.
- Funds are only released upon the successful verification of pre-agreed milestones or delivery markers.
- Every action is recorded in our immutable Architectural Ledger for auditing purposes.
User Obligations
Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and transaction process. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all high-value transactions.

Fees are non-refundable once the transaction has entered the “Locked” phase.
Dispute Resolution
Rapid Resolution Center
In the event of a disagreement, transactions enter a “Grace Period.” If unresolved, the matter is referred to our Rapid Resolution Center. Our arbitrators review the architectural ledger logs and submitted evidence to provide a final, binding decision within 72 hours.
Limitation of Liability
Article 14.2: Maximum Exposure
THIQATY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SERVICE FEES PAID BY YOU TO THIQATY IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
